Terms for using IPTIVO

1. Service scope

IPTIVO provides media-player software and supporting services for device connection, activation, and protected playlist management. Features may vary by supported device, application version, and available configuration.

2. Media player only; no content supplied

IPTIVO is a media player, not a television, channel, subscription, or content provider. IPTIVO does not sell, supply, host, proxy, relay, restream, transcode, cache, or store channels, playlists, subscriptions, streams, or copyrighted media.

3. User-authorized playlists and provider responsibility

You may connect only playlists, services, and content that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for selecting your provider, confirming your access rights, following the provider's terms, and maintaining valid provider credentials. Third-party providers control their own services, availability, content, and permissions.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use IPTIVO to access, copy, distribute, or display content without authorization or in violation of applicable law. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with service security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's device access, or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity.

5. Device and access security

You are responsible for keeping your Device ID, Device Key, portal session, management PIN, playlist URLs, usernames, and passwords secure. Share access details only with people you authorize. Where the protected portal offers an authorized credential-reveal function, use it only when necessary and prevent others from viewing or recording the revealed information.

6. Intellectual property

IPTIVO software, website content, branding, and original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them only as permitted by the service and applicable law, and these Terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners. You retain any rights you hold in the playlist configuration and content you lawfully choose to access.

7. Service availability and changes

IPTIVO may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, compatibility, legal compliance, or product operation. Availability can also depend on your device, internet connection, and independent provider.

8. Suspension or termination for abuse

IPTIVO DEV LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address suspected unlawful use, security threats, abuse, material breach of these Terms, or harm to the service or other users.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPTIVO is provided on an "as available" basis. IPTIVO DEV LLC does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, playlist, provider, stream, or data source. IPTIVO DEV LLC is not responsible for the content, conduct, availability, security, or terms of independent providers, or for problems caused by a user-selected source, device, network, or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

IPTIVO DEV LLC may update these Terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. The page will identify the current version and update date. When the Terms version changes, the acceptance dialog will appear again so you can review and accept the new version before continuing.
