DEVICE ACTIVATION

Connect the app to your authorized service

Activation controls whether a registered IPTIVO device can use the player. There is no public checkout or self-service purchase on this website.

    Open IPTIVO on your TV

    The app displays its generated application Device ID and current six-digit Device Key where appropriate.

    Request activation through your authorized administrator

    Provide only the displayed Device ID and Device Key through your authorized support channel. For IPTIVO support, email Support@iptivo.com.

    Reload the app

    After the administrator confirms activation, use Reload in IPTIVO. Eligible devices can then retrieve the minimum configuration required for direct, authorized playback.

IPTIVO is a media player only. It does not provide channels, subscriptions, playlists, or copyrighted content. Use the service only with playlists and content you are authorized to access, and keep your device access details secure.
